The ritual of asking for a boss is done solemnly and deeply with the spiritual element. The person to be promoted will be selected from among the Tents. First of all, the five mandarins will conduct betel nuts, offering vegetarian offerings, lighting black incense on the boards. On the podium ceremony, the front officials will read the name of the church and pray for permission to allow the person behind him to be the boss and kneel down on the bronze tray with 2 virgin coins on a golden diamond covered with cashew cloth, the ceremony beggar When the officials slightly bowed their heads to sow the ceremony, the other two officials carried the bronze tray ahead to welcome the two falling coins. This begging ceremony is only allowed once. If two coins are turned upside down, the boss ceremony has been approved. In the opposite case, the boss must be postponed to the next opportunity and the officials will temporarily undertake the boss' work. The ceremony to ask for a boss is a religious ritual that is widely watched by the people here. According to the concept that the year of the successful boss ceremony, that year and the following years in the region will be full.
